We are a dynamic mental health organization rapidly expanding our services across provinces, providing compassionate support to communities in need.

Our team of clinical psychologists and social workers specializes in treating anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, traumatic events, and complex mental health issues. We offer individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, as well as mentor practicum students through their mental health training.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with flexible hours and competitive compensation package estimated at $55 per hour (37/hour), plus opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, group, and family counselling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with best practices.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical counselling experience.
  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
