This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented interdisciplinary team, providing comprehensive care to patients with complex mental health issues. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote recovery and well-being.
**About Us:
Homewood Ravensview is a private 75-bed facility located on 28 acres of forested hillside in North Saanich, BC. Our team of dedicated professionals provides expert care to individuals struggling with mental health and addiction issues.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions, including therapy and counseling
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current registration with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals
- 2+ years of experience working in a mental health setting
**What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
