Subcontract Administrator Specialist

L3Harris Technologies is a leading aerospace and defense technology innovator, delivering end-to-end solutions that meet customers' mission-critical needs. As a Specialist, Subcontract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating subcontract agreements and supplier terms and conditions in support of aircraft programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating non-disclosure agreements
- Drafting and reviewing subcontract agreements and amendments
- Reviewing and negotiating supplier terms and conditions
- Drafting restated agreements
- Preparing executive contract summaries
- Supporting contract approval and execution
- Supporting the development and updating of model documents such as requests for information, requests for proposals, subcontracts in accordance with L3Harris/MAS policies and procedures and applicable customer contracts
Requirements include:
- Paralegal degree, Bachelor's degree in Administration or equivalent degree or experience
- 4-6 years of experience in contract review and contract drafting, contract management or equivalent (supply chain, procurement, project management)
- Experience in reviewing, negotiating, and summarizing agreements and terms and conditions
- Experience in the field of aerospace technologies or a similar industry
- Experience with trade compliance regulations (ITAR, EAR, etc.) will be considered an asset
- Experience with the Government of Canada's Controlled Goods and Contract Security Programs will be considered an asset
- Experience with international and commercial contracts of subcontractors
- Contract drafting skills
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-moving team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication, in English and French
- Be motivated and have initiative
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office software suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
