Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills? Do you have a passion for data entry and research? We are seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at CB Canada.
Job Summary
This role is responsible for entering data for shipments, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a minimum of six months' office support experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and answering telephone calls.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Coordinate information for internal use and distribution.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of six months' office support experience.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
