We are seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Shivin Enterprise Inc.

The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an office setting, equivalent to the level of education required for a College/CEGEP diploma. A permanent work term with a minimum of 30 hours per week is expected.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning and organizing daily operations, determining and establishing office procedures and routines, and ensuring efficient communication within the team.

You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries, and compiling data and statistics. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems and typing correspondence, forms, and other documents.

In this role, you will also contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment by offering support for persons with disabilities, youths, Indigenous people, and visible minorities through mentorship programs and networking opportunities.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience. The work language is English, and the expected hours of work are 30 to 40 hours per week.
