About the Role

As a member of our Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for handling client needs, requests, and making recommendations. This position offers the chance to become familiar with CAMP's software, clientele, and brand. Using your exceptional customer care skills, you will be the first impression and representation of CAMP Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support CAMP's business interactions, setup, and connect clients to proper Aircraft Analysts as needed.
  • Fluently speak in both English and French.
  • Have an intermediate understanding of computer software and ability to use applications like Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
