About the Role:

Societe Generale de Surveillance SA is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join its Digital and Data Service department. As a key member of the DevOps Service Platform team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and availability of software factory services and tools.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure platform SLA adherence in a Follow-The-Sun (FTS) support model
  • Operate services in compliance with security regulations
  • Communicate effectively regarding incidents and planned releases
  • Assist application teams in adopting best practices for industrializing their Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in development or administration of Software Factory tools
  • Proficiency in Linux, Bash, Python, Jenkins, Git, and Monitoring tools
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
