To succeed in this role, you will require strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Peoplesoft, including EGL, OBI, Hyperion, Anaplan, and Excel add-in SmartView, is essential.

Key Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the life insurance industry.
  • Professional accounting designation (CPA) is required.
  • Strong understanding of Canadian accounting principles and financial reporting related to the insurance industry.
