Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Strategist to join our team at International People Solutions. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion into new markets.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Selling performance marketing solutions to direct clients and agencies, with a focus on tailored campaigns based on data and insights.
  • Identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships with key clients and partners, with a strong emphasis on new business development.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create compelling media packs, brand stories, and case studies for presentations and pitches.
  • Ensuring exceptional understanding of the client's brand, industry, and medium.
  • Ensuring that campaigns meet the highest performance standards and generating post-campaign reports to support this.
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and regularly reporting on revenues.
  • Collaborating with the media buying team to seek opportunities and maximise revenue potential.
  • Achieving both company and personal sales targets.
