Key Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive product documentation, including API guides, user manuals, and internal knowledge bases.
  • Develop structured, scalable documentation frameworks to support product growth and future integrations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation aligns with business needs and product capabilities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in SaaS or FinTech environments.
  • Strong expertise in creating API documentation, including GraphQL APIs and authentication methods.
  • Ability to build documentation from scratch and implement a structured approach.
  • Familiarity with API tools (Swagger, Postman, OpenAPI) and documentation platforms (ReadMe, GitHub).
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation.
