We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at LAE Printing. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including record-keeping, data entry, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including record-keeping and data entry
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Manage contracts and maintain inventory
  • Compile data and statistics
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A high school diploma and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role are required.
