- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a related IT role.
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interpret end-user questions and troubleshoot effectively.
- Keen interest in technology and willingness to learn and adapt to new software programs quickly.
- Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, and initiative to assist in other areas when requested or required.
