Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at LightSpeed Broadband Limited. As a key member of our Client Engagement team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through the effective management of our Salesforce system.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of our Salesforce instance, including data management, reporting, and analytics. You will work closely with our programme delivery team to embed client journey and data capture processes, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for providing training and support to our delivery teams and managers on the use of Salesforce and other reporting tools.

1. Manage and maintain our Salesforce instance, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
2. Develop and implement effective reporting and analytics solutions to support business decision-making.
3. Provide training and support to delivery teams and managers on the use of Salesforce and other reporting tools.
4. Work closely with our programme delivery team to embed client journey and data capture processes.
5. Ensure compliance with data management guidelines and regulations.

1. Salesforce certified administrator or advanced administrator certification.
2. 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment.
3. Extensive experience in data management and reporting.
4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
