Sales Vice President

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Vice President to join our team at BOTTLES'CO BOTTLE & PACKAGING. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and maximum impact.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, promoting collaboration and driving business results.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives, in negotiations or other official functions, upholding the company's reputation and interests.
- Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating necessary authority and creating optimal working conditions to drive business success.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring the company's financial stability and growth.
- Leadership Experience: 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
- Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data, develop budgets, and make informed business decisions.
