At Canada Inc, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our culinary department. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demands
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and portioning staff
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment
