We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Oakville AG Hospitality Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to effectively lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Requisition Food and Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies to ensure our menu offerings are consistently delivered.
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and train a team of staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and prepare high-quality food products.
  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Prepare Budget and Reports: Develop and manage budgets and prepare reports to ensure we are meeting our financial and operational goals.

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
