Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at St. Louis Bar and Grill. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

Work Environment: Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
