Additionally, they will need to maintain general ledgers and financial statements, post journal entries, and prepare statistical reports. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare cheques for payroll
- Reconcile accounts and maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries and prepare statistical reports
- Utilize accounting software, such as Adagio and Caseware/Caseview, to manage financial data
- Prepare tax returns and trial balances of books
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3 years of experience in financial management or a related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Dental plan
- Health care plan
- Permanent full-time position with 35 hours per week
The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
