The Yukon Government is seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join its team. Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing the Yukon Government's financial statements, which involves consolidating multiple entities into a single statement. You will also provide guidance to departments on public sector accounting standards, review transactions for compliance, and prepare T4/T4A forms for non-payroll-related items.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent program

  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions
