  • Customize dashboards and reports to meet the needs of our teams.
  • Develop and maintain custom filters and queries to improve system efficiency.
  • Integrate Jira with other tools and troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide training and support to our users on Jira-related issues.
  • Implement automation rules using Jira Automation or scripting tools like ScriptRunner.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Jira Technical Analyst with experience in Jira Cloud.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing custom workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience managing user accounts, groups, and permissions.
  • Demonstrated experience customizing dashboards and reports.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining custom filters and queries.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating Jira with other tools.
  • Demonstrated experience monitoring system performance and making necessary adjustments.
  • Demonstrated experience providing training and support to users.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing automation rules using Jira Automation or scripting tools like ScriptRunner.

Nice to Have:
  • Additional Jira technical platform administration skills that would be an asset.
