Marketing Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across multiple channels
  • Build and optimize marketing campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and ABM initiatives
  • Leverage marketing analytics to measure success and refine strategies
  • Own, develop, and deliver actionable and outcome-oriented marketing strategy aligned with business revenue goals
  • Collaborate with product marketing to design creative campaigns, GTM messaging, and enablement initiatives
  • Create and manage customized marketing briefs for internal alignment and to share opportunities for collaboration across the company
  • Interact and engage comfortably with senior and executive-level stakeholders, establishing strong relationships and alignment on market opportunities, objectives, and campaigns
  • Generate sales pipeline with targeted 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns
  • Build, execute, measure, and optimize multiple marketing campaigns, lead nurturing programs, demand generation, regional events/tradeshows, and engaging content
  • Leverage marketing analytics and reporting platforms to define success metrics, deliver comprehensive campaign status reports to the executive team, and continuously refine strategies for improved performance and outcomes
  • Partner with external agencies and content team to drive compelling, personalized content and campaigns that resonate with our target audiences to build positive brand recognition
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of key martech platforms, including driving the marketing strategy for the 6sense tool across both ITW and All Covered teams
  • Oversee the website strategy and redesign to enhance user experience and performance
  • Independently set up and manage the HubSpot instance, including configuring lead scoring, building robust reporting systems, and ensuring seamless marketing operations
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of marketing experience in a B2B environment, preferably within fast-growing tech companies or digital managed IT services
  • Led and mentored high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture with history of improving lead to pipeline conversion rates
  • Deep understanding of cloud, security, and generative AI, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing narratives
  • Experience in building and scaling foundational marketing platforms and programs that enable efficient, repeatable, and scalable marketing efforts
  • Data-driven with a strong analytical and operational mindset, skilled in setting up processes to track key success metrics and optimize performance by leveraging KPIs and campaign levers
