Marketing Leader for Canada

As a key member of our leadership team, the Marketing Leader for Canada will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and market leadership in the Toronto IT services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy to drive lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth
  • Create and manage client advocacy programs to drive revenue growth and retention
  • Build and optimize marketing campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and ABM initiatives to drive measurable results
  • Leverage marketing analytics to measure success and refine strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design creative campaigns, GTM messaging, and enablement initiatives
  • Develop and manage customized marketing briefs for internal alignment and to share opportunities for collaboration across the company
  • Create client advocacy programs to turn passionate customers into public champions
  • Develop strategies to enhance revenue growth from existing clients and reduce churn
  • Interact and engage comfortably with senior and executive-level stakeholders to establish strong relationships and alignment on market opportunities, objectives, and campaigns
  • Generate sales pipeline with targeted 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns
  • Build, execute, measure, and optimize multiple marketing campaigns, lead nurturing programs, demand generation, regional events/tradeshows, and engaging content
  • Leverage marketing analytics and reporting platforms to define success metrics, deliver comprehensive campaign status reports to the executive team, and continuously refine strategies for improved performance and outcomes
  • Partner with external agencies and content teams to drive compelling, personalized content and campaigns that resonate with our target audiences to build positive brand recognition
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of key martech platforms, including driving the marketing strategy for the 6sense tool across both ITW and All Covered teams
  • Oversee the website strategy and redesign to enhance user experience and performance
  • Independently set up and manage the HubSpot instance, including configuring lead scoring, building robust reporting systems, and ensuring seamless marketing operations
