We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Mercedes-Benz North Vancouver. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on all leads from various sources to ensure maximum conversion rates.
  • Meet individual and departmental sales goals through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Promote new business and contribute to the company's customer base by sourcing new customers through prospecting and referral networks.
  • Provide a superior customer experience to exceed customer expectations.
  • Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge by participating in product training and staying up-to-date on all vehicle models.
  • Set and achieve monthly productivity goals by planning and organizing strategies to reach objectives.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all vehicle models to provide expert advice to customers.

  • Ability to follow through on leads and close sales to meet targets.
  • Positive can-do attitude to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Team-oriented with strong work ethics to contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to maintain records using computerized systems.
  • Vehicle product knowledge is an asset, but extensive manufacturer training will be provided.
  • Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Valid VSA License is required, and a valid British Columbia Driver's License and current copy of Abstract (ICBC driver's record) are also required.
