We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Mercedes-Benz North Vancouver. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on all leads from various sources to convert them into sales
  • Meet individual and departmental sales goals
  • Promote new business and contribute to the company's customer base through prospecting and referral networks
  • Provide a superior customer experience to exceed customer expectations
  • Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and participate in product training
  • Set goals for monthly productivity and plan strategies to achieve them
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all vehicle models

Requirements:

  • Effective negotiation skills with the ability to make sound decisions
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers
  • Willingness to work hard and achieve deadlines
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Self-starter and outgoing attitude
  • Procedure-oriented
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Quick adaptability to sales processes and the automotive market industry

  • Strong work ethics
  • Strong computer skills (internet and MS Office) with the ability to maintain records using a computerized system
  • Vehicle product knowledge is an asset, but extensive manufacturer training will be provided
  • Previous automotive sales experience is an asset
  • Valid VSA License is required
  • Possesses a valid British Columbia Driver's License and a current copy of Abstract (ICBC driver's record)
