**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, advising guests on vehicle purchases, and operating in a professional and ethical manner.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Advising guests on the best vehicle purchase that suits their needs, taking into account their lifestyle, budget, and preferences.
  • Operating in a professional and ethical manner, with the highest regard for exemplary customer service.
  • Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge of all vehicle makes and models, including competitive brands.

**Requirements**

  • A strong ability to welcome guests to the dealership as if it were their own home, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Experience in automotive sales is desirable, but not required.
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.
  • A socially focused individual who cherishes building and maintaining relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to qualify for a VSA license and/or already have one.
  • Able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality is best-in-class.
  • A valid BC driver's License with a clean driving abstract.
