Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at FINBLUE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including arranging seminars, preparing minutes of meetings, and maintaining office procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Perform data entry
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Finance and insurance work setting
  • Ability to multitask, excellent written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, accurate, client focus, reliability, and time management
