About this role
BlackRock's ETF capital markets team is seeking a skilled professional to manage day-to-day relationships with Authorized Dealers and other market participants, monitor secondary market trading, and develop liquidity and trading related content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee secondary market trading in iShares ETFs and utilize BlackRock's global capabilities to drive scale.
- Assist institutional clients and advisors with accessing ETF liquidity and partner with sales teams to close business.
- Develop and implement tools and process enhancements to drive operating scale.
- Manage relationships with ETF market makers, exchanges, and other members of the ETF trading ecosystem.
- Develop and present impactful ETF trading insights and markets content.
Qualifications:
- Minimum BA / BS in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar field.
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Direct experience with an ETF sponsor or market maker is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian equity market structure an asset.
- Expert knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, and PowerBI/Tableau.
