About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Vice President, Capital Markets to join our team at Colliers International. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in executing our revenue and market share growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the President, Capital Markets and Senior Leaders to lead business development and client relationship management.
  • Manage and lead Junior members of the Capital Markets team in the preparation and completion of proposals, presentations, and other ad hoc projects.
  • Provide effective team and project management, including overseeing project completion timelines and ensuring client needs are met.
  • Collaborate with Colliers Brokerage Advisors to enhance their capabilities and provide added benefit to clients.

Requirements:

  • Real Estate license is required, in addition to 8-10 years of experience in a similar role within commercial real estate.
  • Strong relationships with Investors, including REITs, Public Corporations, Pension Funds, and other large Institutional entities.
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA, or advanced degree in finance, economics, real estate, or related field is an asset.
