Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regulatory Reporting Manager to join our US Regulatory Services team in Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day reporting activities and ensuring all procedures are followed for assigned reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of junior employees in a manager or Team Lead capacity
  • Supervise and review regulatory reporting submissions
  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues
  • Develop and implement controls to ensure timely, accurate, and complete reporting
  • Prioritize and resolve reporting anomaly issues
  • Assist with impact assessments of system and business changes
  • Develop and maintain procedures, and ensure team training

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Required, preferably in Engineering or Business or a related subject
  • Understanding of financial products and trade life cycle
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with people at all organizational levels
