As a Personal Banking Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects. Your primary responsibility will be to identify customer needs and provide advice and guidance regarding financial solutions that are in their best interests. You'll work collaboratively within the branch and with BMO partners to deliver the desired customer experience and achieve overall business objectives. Some of your key responsibilities will include collaborating with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities, welcoming and guiding customers as they walk into the branch lobby, and assisting in conducting client conversations about banking services. You'll also meet customer transaction-based needs with seamless execution, review customer profiles, and engage customers in a needs-based conversation to identify potential opportunities and address everyday banking plans and credit card needs. Additionally, you'll contribute to meeting branch business results and the customer experience, support operational activities, act as a key member of a collaborative and versatile branch and market team, and more. To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a passion for helping customers, a drive to deliver a personal customer experience, a focus on results, and the ability to thrive in a consultative sales and team-based environment. You'll also need to be a resourceful self-starter with courage and confidence to approach customers, ready to collaborate and work in different capacities as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with customers. The estimated salary for this role is $35,000 - $52,000 per year, based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role. This salary range is based on national averages and may vary based on market conditions.
