Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at HB Restaurant Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Standing for extended periods.
