About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at NestWealth Investments Inc. as a key member of our construction operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule construction activities, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Site Supervision: Supervise construction workers and projects, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Reporting: Prepare production and other reports, providing insights into project progress and performance.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training of construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring budgetary compliance.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions, ensuring the right people are in the right roles.
  • Materials Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Leadership: Lead and instruct individuals, providing guidance and support as needed.
