Position: Construction Site Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage site documentation, including contracts, permits, and inspection records.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Facilitate the scheduling of meetings, site inspections, and visits.
  • Monitor and log site activities, encompassing labor hours, equipment utilization, and material shipments.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory building codes.
  • Compile and present reports on site developments to the Project Manager.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Project Manager and site personnel.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in site coordination or a related role within the construction industry.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of construction methodologies.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Undergraduate diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are advantageous.
