Job Title: Branch Manager

Stephenson's Rental Services Inc. is a leading Canadian company with over 70 years of experience and 750 employees. We are seeking a talented and diverse individual to join our team as a Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of our store branch location, delivering exceptional service to all customers and leading staff to maximize revenue and control costs.
  • Develop and use tools and metrics to analyze and report on the status of the business, including developing and achieving annual budgets, authorizing expenditures, and ensuring daily cash deposits and control of petty cash.
  • Maintain all inventory control documents to preserve the integrity of the Rental Management system, driving revenues and controlling costs while ensuring exceptional service to all customers.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff, providing coaching to deliver optimum performance, and lead staff development activities as part of succession and personal development planning.
  • Provide excellent written and verbal communication to all staff, peers, senior management, and customers, driving in-store merchandising initiatives, including pricing, inventory control, product placement, and monitoring disputes, monthly billing, and overdue accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and relevant government legislation, adhering to and promoting our Company Safety Policies, including wearing all required PPE.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience in a Management or Leadership role, preferably within equipment rental, construction, home improvement, or related industries.
  • MS Office Suite experience and advanced computer literacy.
  • G Driver's License with clean drivers abstract.
