Position Overview

Helias Enterprises Limited is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to oversee and enhance our operational strategies. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our business services.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a senior management role is essential.
Work Environment
  • Industry: Business services, including hotel, motel, and resort management.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize the formation of major departments and senior staff roles.
  • Establish organizational objectives and approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions.
  • Select and empower middle managers and directors, creating optimal working conditions.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for staff.
  • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments.
Supervision

Oversee staff across diverse areas of responsibility.
