Position Overview

Helias Enterprises Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead our operational strategies and enhance our organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications
  • Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in a senior operational role.
Work Environment

  • Hospitality industry including hotels, motels, and resorts
Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources effectively, including materials, personnel, and finances, to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Authorize the formation of major departments and appoint senior staff positions.
  • Set strategic objectives for the organization and oversee the development or approval of policies and programs.
  • Act as a representative of the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate this responsibility as needed.
  • Select and empower middle managers and directors, ensuring optimal working conditions.
  • Conduct performance evaluations to assess staff effectiveness.
  • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee staff across multiple areas of responsibility.
