Stock and Operations Assistant

Max Mara Fashion Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock and Operations Assistant to join our team at Royalmount, a new luxury shopping concept in Montreal.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and contribute to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the general maintenance and organization of stock areas, including systematic placement for ease of access.
  • Verify the accuracy of shipments and make necessary adjustments for shortages, overages, and damages.
  • Coordinate the shipment of customer purchases, store transfers, and warehouse transfers.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of all incoming and outgoing transfers, purchase orders, shortages, overages, and issues.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including stock rotations and window changes.
  • Support the selling floor as needed.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a retail stockroom is preferred.
  • Physical capability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
