MaxMara is expanding its presence in the Luxury retail sector at Royalmount, a new shopping concept in Montreal featuring over 170 stores and 60 restaurants.
Job Summary:The Stock and Operations Assistant is responsible for the overall management of stock and operations in the Back of House area.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate stock levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing stock.
- Coordinate and execute stockroom operations, including inventory management and cycle counting.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless stock replenishment and minimize stockouts.
- Develop and implement efficient stockroom processes to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
- Monitor and report on stockroom performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
