Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team at Guillevin International. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving and processing inventory, managing stock levels, and coordinating with our distribution team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Receive and process inventory shipments, verify quantities and quality, and report any discrepancies or issues.
  • Stockroom Organization: Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, including shelving, labeling, and inventory tracking.
  • Order Fulfillment: Prepare and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently, meeting tight deadlines and quality standards.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, inspecting equipment, and reporting any issues or concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our distribution team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of warehouse operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field an asset.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a focus on inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
