Job Title: Heavy Duty Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Heavy Duty Cleaner to join our team at Bear Cleaners & Supply. As a Heavy Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Perform safety and security checks
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Dependability and reliability
