About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Heavy Duty Cleaner to join our team at Bear Cleaners & Supply. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers to prevent odors and pests.
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Perform safety and security checks to ensure the well-being of our clients and staff.
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain a high level of hygiene.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Valid driver's license.
Work Environment

You will be working in a variety of settings, including apartment/condominium complexes, office buildings, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, recreational facilities, and private residences.
