About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as a Heavy Duty Cleaner at Bear Cleaners & Supply. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as operating industrial vacuum cleaners and other equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, and wax floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners and other equipment to remove debris and dirt
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Perform safety and security checks
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Dependability and reliability
