Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Cobblestone Cafe. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality control in our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop staff in food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory
  • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Ensure quality control standards are met in food preparation and presentation
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations
  • Establish and manage work schedules
