Spa Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to join our team at Sophia's Nails. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Staff Management: Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, plan and control budget and inventory, manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, and hire, train, and supervise staff.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Supervision: Supervise 3-4 people and provide guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player skills.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Work Setting: Beauty shop or aesthetic service.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.
- Support for Youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
- Support for Indigenous People: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
- Permanent Employment: We offer permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Hours of Work: 30 hours per week.
