We are a reputable beauty salon seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to lead our team. As a Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our team is motivated and productive.

    • Direct and control daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of services

    • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives

    • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
    • Plan and control budget and inventory
    • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
    • Hire, train and supervise staff
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns

    • Ensure that clients receive exceptional service and experience
