Job Description

Virtual Wonders is seeking a highly skilled Network Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer and telecommunications networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Optimization: Assess, document, and optimize the capacity and performance of our information and communication system networks.
  • Hardware and Software Integration: Research, evaluate, and integrate network system and data communication hardware and software.
  • System Design: Analyze user requirements and design and develop system architecture and specifications.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate teams of engineers, technologists, technicians, and drafters in the design and development of computer and telecommunications hardware.
  • Quality Assurance: Supervise, inspect, and provide design support during the manufacturing, installation, and implementation of computer and telecommunications hardware.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Personal Qualities: Initiative, organized, and a team player.
Work Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
