Job Description:

As a Telemarketing Sales Representative at Modern Air Filtration, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers to promote and sell our air filter products.

Key Responsibilities:



  2. Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to discuss their air filtration needs and present our innovative solutions.

  3. Effectively communicate product benefits and features to persuade customers to make a purchase.

  4. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.

  5. Record and track customer interactions, feedback, and sales in our CRM system.

  6. Meet daily and weekly sales targets and call quotas.

  7. Follow up with potential customers as needed to close sales and build relationships.

  8. Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve calling strategies.

  9. Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.



Qualifications:



  2. Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.

  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

  4. Ability to handle objections and engage customers effectively.

  5. Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  6. Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems is a plus.

  7. High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
