Job Description:

As a Telemarketing Sales Representative at Modern Air Filtration, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers to promote and sell our air filter products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting outbound calls to a list of potential customers, introducing our air filter products and services.
  • Effectively communicating product benefits and features to persuade customers to make a purchase.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
  • Recording and tracking customer interactions, feedback, and sales in our CRM system.
  • Meeting daily and weekly sales targets and call quotas.
  • Following up with potential customers as needed to close sales and build relationships.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to share insights and improve calling strategies.
  • Staying updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and engage customers effectively.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
