Senior Insurance Sales Representative Opportunity

Foster Your Potential is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Desjardins Agent Team, you will play a crucial role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and providing exceptional customer experiences.

We are looking for a sales professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding results, building strong relationships, and driving business growth. If you have a proven track record of meeting sales goals, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
Requirements:
  • OTL/Ribo P&C License &/or LLQP license
  • 3 years or more Insurance Sales Experience
  • Sales experience (outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Strong attention to detail
  • On-site presence
