About the Role

Foster Your Potential is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Professional to join our team as a Senior Insurance Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, including developing and implementing sales plans and campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
Requirements
  • OTL/Ribo P&C License &/or LLQP license
  • 3 years or more Insurance Sales Experience
  • Sales experience (outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Proactive in problem-solving
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Strong attention to detail
